1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the Seenlist iOS app and the related website. By signing up you accept these terms.

2. The service

Seenlist is a free service for collecting reels, pins, videos, links and photos in shared projects and sharing them with invited members. Seenlist is free of charge; there are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. There is no entitlement to specific features or uninterrupted availability.

3. Account

You sign up with an email address and password or with Sign in with Apple. You must be at least 16 years old to use Seenlist. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time directly in the app (Profile > Delete account); this permanently removes your account and your content.

4. Your content

Content you save (links, photos, comments) remains yours. You only grant us the right to store it and display it to the members of your projects, which is exactly what the app is for. You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to the content you upload.

5. Prohibited content and behavior

The following is not allowed in Seenlist:

objectionable, abusive, discriminatory, pornographic or violent content,
harassment, bullying or threats against other people,
content that infringes third-party rights (such as copyright),
spam and abusive or automated use.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and harassment. Every member can report content directly in the app and block other members; content from blocked people is no longer shown to you. We review reported content within 24 hours and remove it if it violates these rules. Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended or deleted without prior warning.

6. External content

Saved links point to content on external platforms (for example Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube). That content remains with the respective platform; we are not responsible for its availability or lawfulness.

7. Availability and liability

Seenlist is offered free of charge. We aim for stable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. Our liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law; liability for gross negligence and intent remains unaffected.

8. Changes

We may update these terms, for example for new features or a changed legal situation. We will announce material changes in the app.

9. Apple

Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA) applies in addition. Your contract is with Pascal Beck, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, its support, its content or any claims relating to it. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and is entitled to enforce them against you.

10. Governing law

Swiss law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
